Inside Donald Trump Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle's new Florida mansion

Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle have just shelled out $9.7 million on a Florida mansion.

And it looks like they snagged a bargain

The home was initially listed back in 2017 for a whopping $19.9 million, property records show. But after three years on and off the market, and a $10 million price cut, the home finally sold to Trump Jr., 43, and his gal pal, 52, who recently revealed that she already feels like she’s married to him

The sale took place two-and-a-half months after the pair made their exit from the Big Apple following the results of the 2020 election.

“There is no way they can stay in New York. They’d be tortured in the streets,” a source close to the family previously told The Post — noting at the time that they would be looking into a property in Jupiter.

The Florida town is currently where Trump Jr.’s ex-wife, Vanessa, lives with their five children, including where a nearby Trump-branded golf course, Trump National Golf Club Jupiter, is located.

Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle sold their Bridgehampton home for $8.14 million in an off-market deal before relocating, a source exclusively told Page Six in March.

Their new abode features six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, and spans a massive 11,270 square feet.

Situated in a gated community, the listing reveals the property just underwent a “massive update” to include “new clean-white contemporary finishes.”

Initially built in 1995, Florida property records reveal the latest renovations to the home took place in February.

Amenities of the estate include a bar, fitness area, massage room, a built-in grill, and a pool.

Since January, most of the Trump family have relocated to Florida.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner recently moved to Miami, where they signed a one-year lease on a luxury Miami Beach condo.

Their condo is temporary until the home on the $32 million lot they purchased on Indian Creek Island is completed.

Donald and Melania Trump remain at their Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach — about 20 miles away from Trump Jr.’s new pad.
